Last week I mentioned the meeting I had with several other health and fitness experts in south Florida. I also told you I was working on creating some f-r-e-e materials with these guys so that we can help you move forward in your fitness journey.

I was listening to an audio CD from one of these pros - to get a sense of his philosophy and teaching style - and to see what I thought he could provide for my subscribers.
